Key Responsibilities:
- Build lasting customer relationships by providing timely follow-ups and personalized support.
- Deliver exceptional service with accuracy, warmth, and professionalism—whether it's answering questions about insurance options, processing policy updates, or assisting with claims and billing inquiries.
- Guide customers through their insurance choices using a needs-based approach, ensuring they understand their coverage and feel confident in their decisions.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently to meet customer needs, while actively contributing to the growth of our business.
Qualifications:
- Passionate about delivering top-tier customer service.
- Skilled in understanding and relating to customers, answering their questions, and anticipating their needs with ease.
- Exceptional communicator, both with customers and within the team, ensuring a seamless experience for everyone.
- Solution-oriented and proactive in addressing customer concerns.

Compensation: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
